Support has a home
Questions should not have to find their way through a general inbox.
There is now a support page for sending a question with your name, email and message. A copy is sent to the person who asked, and the support team gets the same request.
Support requests can also notify the team in Discord when the webhook is configured. If the form is unavailable, support@loopwise.space is there as a direct route.
It is a small thing, but it makes the site feel more accountable while the product is still taking shape.
