What we store

When you open the dashboard, we store your email address, optional learning interest, signup source and the time you signed up. This lets us keep the dashboard, avoid duplicate signups and contact you about launch.

When you contact support, we process your name, email address and the message you send. Support requests are delivered to our support mailbox and may also be sent to our private Discord support channel when that notification is configured.

When you vote for a future learning path, we store your selected language and a random identifier in an essential browser cookie. The identifier prevents multiple votes from the same browser; it is not used for advertising.

When you create a Loopwise account, we store your email address and authentication details through our authentication provider, along with any display name or username you choose. We store your current plan (Free, Pro or Ultimate), and — if you activate one — a record that a license key was redeemed on your account, its plan and expiry date. We do not store license keys in a form that could be reused after activation. We store your lesson progress (which lessons you have started or completed) and, on the Free plan, a record of which lesson you used each day, so the daily lesson limit resets correctly.

How we use it

We use dashboard information to manage early access and send relevant launch communication. We use support details to answer requests and improve the website or product. We use language votes to help prioritise planned learning paths. We use account, plan and progress data to run the learning product itself — signing you in, showing your dashboard and progress, applying the correct access level for your plan, and enforcing the Free plan’s daily lesson limit.

Services that process data

We use our website host and database provider to run Loopwise, including Supabase for authentication and application data storage. EmailJS processes dashboard and support emails. Discord may process support-request notifications when the optional support webhook is enabled. These services process information only to provide their part of the service.

Retention and your choices

We keep dashboard and support information only as long as it is useful for the reason it was collected. We keep account and progress data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to remove your dashboard signup, support information, or delete your account and associated data by emailing support@loopwise.space.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect submitted information. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the support form.
